Phi Delta Theta hosted its first ever Spring Philanthropy benefitting Dads Against Deadly Drugs (DADDs). An organization currently in the process of being created by a father of one of our members who passed away, Tom Pickens. The event took place from 4/21/13 - 4/23/13 consisting of a soccer tournament and funraiser at our local Potbelly's. Overall we rasied around $1,500 for this great cause, something we are very pleased about.

Phi Delta Theta placed second in overall standings this past week, 3/30/13 - 4/6/13, for TCU's Greek Week. It is the first time in a while that we have placed this highly in this event.

Additionaly we would like to recognize 30 of our members who volunteered their time this past Saturday, April 6th to give back to the community. The group of men teamed up with LEAPs, a service organization on TCU's campus, to help support the program called Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Each group went around to different elderly people's homes cleaning up their houses and yards for those who are physically unable to.
